FAQ

Frequently asked questions about SLA packages and selecting the number of gates

What is the SLA STANDARD package?

The SLA STANDARD package provides support in case of application issues. Under this option, assistance is available on business days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

What is the SLA PREMIUM package?

The SLA PREMIUM package offers faster support than the STANDARD option. Helpdesk requests receive higher priority. Additionally, it includes up to 2 monthly calls with staff members, each lasting up to 30 minutes.

What is the SLA VIP package?

The SLA VIP package provides even faster support than PREMIUM. Requests receive the highest priority, and the client also has access to up to 8 monthly calls with staff members, each lasting up to 30 minutes.

What is the SLA INDIVIDUAL package?

The SLA INDIVIDUAL package is prepared on a custom basis. If the standard options do not meet your company’s needs, the offer will be tailored to your business requirements.

What is a gate in the pricing list?

A gate is a warehouse point where a vehicle is positioned for loading or unloading. In the system, the number of gates corresponds to the number of columns in the booking calendar. If you have more physical gates than you want to manage in the system, you only purchase as many as you actually need.

How do I choose the number of gates?

If you want to use the system across all available gates, you should choose a package that matches or exceeds their number. The system is available in options of 5, 10, 20, or more.

I do not have gates – how do I choose a package?

If you do not have physical gates, you should determine how many vehicles you can handle simultaneously. This number corresponds to the number of gates in the system. It can be estimated based on the daily number of vehicles and the average service time per vehicle.

How do I calculate the required number of gates based on service time?

Formula: number of gates × number of working minutes per day ÷ service time per vehicle = number of vehicles that can be handled. This helps match the right package to actual operational needs.

How do I calculate the required number of gates based on the number of vehicles?

Formula: number of gates × number of working minutes per day ÷ number of vehicles per day = time available to handle one vehicle. The result helps determine whether the selected package is sufficient.

Which package is optimal for handling 60 vehicles per day?

Assuming a 10-hour workday and an average service time of 90 minutes, the optimal choice would be a 10-gate package, which allows handling approximately 66 vehicles per day.
